L.A Training Ltd – Return & Refund Policy (Training Services)
At L.A Training Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, accredited training services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before booking a course.

Course Bookings & Payments

  • All course bookings must be made in advance.
  • Klarna Payment is captured only once the learner has begun the course/service/sent the distance Learning, ensuring compliance with applicable payment regulations.
  • Places are confirmed once booking details are received.
  • Deposits are not permitted under this policy.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Up to 14 days prior to course start date: Learners are entitled to a full 100% refund or may transfer to another available course date.
  • 7–13 days before course start: Learners may cancel with no charge, or transfer to another available course date.
  • 3–6 days before course start: Learners may cancel with a 50% charge, or transfer to another available course date (subject to availability).
  • Less than 72 hours before course start / non-attendance: No refund will be issued. Transfers may be considered at the discretion of L.A Training Ltd.

Late Arrival

  • Learners must arrive on time for all scheduled training sessions.
  • Late arrival may result in removal from the course and will be classed as non-attendance.
  • In such cases, no refund will be given.

Distance Learning Materials

  • Once distance learning materials have been issued, refunds cannot be provided.
  • Learners who cancel after receiving materials may transfer to a later course date, subject to an administration fee.

Course Cancellation by L.A Training Ltd

In the unlikely event that L.A Training Ltd cancels a course, learners will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer to an alternative course date at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they meet all entry requirements (e.g., ID checks, English language ability, fitness to participate in physical intervention). Failure to meet requirements will not qualify for a refund.
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certification is included where stated. Learners must complete all required elements to receive certification.
